The Role of Human Resources Specialist

Cordoba Eye Trading Co is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
• Coordinating with the Finance Department for salary disbursement processes.
• Analyzing appraisal results and linking them to promotions, bonuses, or development plans.
• Handling recruitment processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Issuing official letters such as employment certificates and salary slips.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a human resources role.
• Ability to prepare regular HR reports and assist in audits or compliance checks as needed.
• Proficiency in managing GOSI registrations, updates, and monthly submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
