About the Role

Al Majed *** is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across all business units and retail branches. The role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, supporting business continuity, and driving process improvements to enhance HR service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily execution of HR operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee lifecycle operational processes, including onboarding administration, employee transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate, complete, confidential, and regularly updated within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, working schedules, overtime records, and resolve operational discrepancies.
  • Review monthly payroll inputs and employee data changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and medical insurance processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide operational HR support to retail stores and business departments, ensuring timely resolution of HR-related requests.
  • Monitor compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze HR operational reports to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards of HR data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Supervise the HR Operations team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in HR digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure HR services are delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support business expansion activities by ensuring HR operational readiness for new retail stores and organizational changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHRi, or CIPD are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience within HR Operations.
  • Proven experience in the retail industry or multi-branch organizations.
