About the Role
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and plays a key role in supporting employee relations and HR operations.
Role Overview
The Human Resources Supervisor will assist in monitoring and resolving employee relations issues, provide support to management on various HR matters, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws. This role involves direct interaction with employees and management to address inquiries and disseminate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Inform Human Resources management of significant employee relations matters.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Communicate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of all employee records and files.
- Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Handle incoming phone calls and record messages accurately.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Engage with others using clear and professional language.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Support team efforts to achieve common goals.
- Listen to and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Enter and retrieve work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Employees are expected to follow all company and safety procedures. Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
