About the Role

Eyad Reda Law Firm is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing essential technical support and managing the firm's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to system users, addressing both hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain the firm's computers, networks, and printers to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with operating systems, including Windows and Office 365 environments.
• Monitor IT systems for technical issues and implement prompt resolutions.
• Adhere to established information security policies and backup procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
• Support the company’s digital infrastructure and ensure continuous operational flow.
• Prepare periodic IT reports detailing system performance, identified issues, and proposed improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet their technology requirements effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging IT tools, platforms, and best practices to contribute innovative solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external service providers, coordinating tasks and follow-ups.
• Procure IT equipment and manage other company-related technical needs.
• Coordinate with and visit telecom service providers as required.
• Set up devices and access permissions for new employees, and manage the offboarding process, including access removal and device backup.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical IT experience is required.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks and technical support principles.
• Experience working with Adobe programs.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
