The Role of an Information Technology Specialist

Plexus Aviation is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The IT Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing IT systems and networks to ensure seamless business operations across our facilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Install and configure network hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain network security protocols and systems.
• Provide prompt and effective IT support to team members.
• Diligently document all IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Adhere to cybersecurity policies to ensure system efficiency and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security.
• Proficiency in general Information Technology principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

Required Technical and Soft Skills

• Demonstrated customer service capabilities, including effective communication and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and the ability to implement security protocols.
• Practical knowledge of maintaining IT hardware, software systems, and cloud-based services.
