About SPIMACO and the Role

SPIMACO is seeking an Internal Communications Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing team responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality results, and contributing to the continuous evolution of departmental processes.

Strategic Responsibilities

The Internal Communications Supervisor will manage team operations and contribute to strategic objectives by:

  • Overseeing team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Managing and delegating tasks effectively, monitoring progress.
  • Fostering team collaboration and communication.
  • Developing and training team members.
  • Reporting on team achievements and challenges to higher management.

Key Functional Responsibilities

The core functional duties of this role focus on comprehensive event management and communication compliance:

  • Planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, forums, product launches, and internal events.
  • Developing detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Coordinating end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, registrations, accommodation, transportation, catering, and hospitality.
  • Managing exhibition participation, including booth design, construction, branding, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and event deliverables.
  • Liaising with external agencies, event organizers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Preparing event budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Managing procurement requirements, including RFQs, purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensuring all branding and communication materials comply with corporate identity guidelines.
  • Coordinating production of event collateral, promotional materials, giveaways, signage, and digital assets.
  • Supervising on-site event operations and resolving operational issues during event execution.
  • Coordinating executive participation, VIP protocols, speaker arrangements, and official delegations.
  • Monitoring event milestones and providing regular progress updates to management.
  • Conducting post-event evaluations, including KPI measurement, attendee feedback, ROI analysis, and lessons learned.
  • Maintaining an annual corporate events and exhibitions calendar.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with exhibition organizers, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and event regulations.
  • Maintaining an inventory of exhibition assets, promotional materials, and event equipment.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and return on investment through events and sponsorships.
  • Supporting cross-functional communication to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Performing other duties assigned by management related to corporate events and exhibitions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in internal communications, event management, or a related field.

Working Relationships

The Internal Communications Supervisor will engage with various stakeholders, both within SPIMACO and externally, to achieve departmental goals.
