As a Tagalog Freelance Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between Tagalog and English speakers. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home office, ensuring a quiet and secure environment for interpretation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively interpret between English and Tagalog with a high level of accuracy.
  • Utilize note-taking skills to maintain the integrity of the message.
  • Render concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, ensuring no omissions or additions.
  • Explain cultural concepts as needed to prevent miscommunication.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog.
  • Minimum of 3 years of interpretation experience is preferred.
  • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to convey messages accurately without any alterations.

Technical Requirements:
  • Computer or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher.
  • USB Wired headset.
  • Steady wired internet connection.

Additional Information:
This position comes with ongoing training and competency opportunities. Payment is on a monthly basis, calculated per minute of interpretation. Please note, language testing, background checks, and drug screening may be required based on location.
