Join Our Team as an Inventory Controller!

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to manage inventory across our warehouse locations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate stock levels and supporting our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Communicate with warehouse supervisors for correct inventory management.
  • Reconcile inventory records with system reports.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies with warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers and manage documentation for accuracy.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Support users in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Generate and present inventory reports to management.

Skills and Experiences Required:
  • 2–5 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Education:
  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
  • Relevant courses in inventory management.
