About the IT Administrator Role at Sitaf Food

Sitaf Food is seeking an IT Administrator to manage daily IT operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual responsible for ensuring employees have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties effectively. The role involves a blend of technical management, user support, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, tracking their issuance, returns, and lifecycle.
  • Manage IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning laptops, email accounts, and software licenses.
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email systems, and user licenses, monitoring usage for optimal allocation.
  • Offer first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system, assisting users with troubleshooting and coordinating with external vendors for advanced issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers, coordinating procurement, maintenance, and support activities.
  • Ensure IT systems and processes align with current technology standards, supporting the implementation of IT tools and systems.
  • Manage and monitor server infrastructure and oversee CCTV systems and camera maintenance.
  • Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures and deliver internal IT training sessions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT administration or support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of CRM, CPM, or similar business systems is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to provide internal training on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Fluent in English.

Work Environment and Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on management of IT infrastructure and direct user support within the company.
