About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from initiation through to production. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, technology departments, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring effective control over scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Core Responsibilities

The IT Delivery Manager will be accountable for ensuring that features are delivered successfully and provide tangible business value. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinating solution design with architectural teams.
• Ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and compliance standards.
• Managing vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Developing and maintaining the delivery roadmap.
• Tracking and reporting on development progress.
• Identifying and removing impediments affecting team progress.
• Overseeing testing and release activities.
• Ensuring successful production deployments.
• Monitoring and addressing post-production issues.
• Reporting delivery status and key metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.
