Master Works, through its subsidiary SOOR, is seeking an IT Delivery Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in supporting the successful execution of IT projects and technology initiatives.

Role Purpose and Context

The IT Delivery Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of various IT projects and technology initiatives. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and achieve defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation activities effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track project milestones, identify and monitor risks, and manage deliverables.
• Contribute to project reporting and provide regular status updates.
• Participate actively in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Assist in the proactive management of issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, and transition activities for new systems and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and accurate records.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational standards and established timelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project delivery or a related field.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
