Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing: Advertising available units and highlighting their features to attract tenants.

  • Customer Relations: Greeting tenants, conducting site visits, and responding to inquiries.

  • Contracting Procedures: Drafting, renewing, and documenting lease agreements through approved platforms.

  • Market Research: Monitoring price trends and competitors to determine appropriate rental values.

  • Tenant Screening: Verifying references and credit checks of potential tenants.

  • Collection and Follow-up: Organizing rent collection processes and overseeing routine maintenance.
