Join Kingdom Centre as a Leasing Manager!
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to lead and implement our leasing strategy for a luxury mall and premium offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global luxury brands and enhance tenant relationships within our prestigious establishment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual leasing plans for retail units, premium offices, and the food court.
  • Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key tenants to ensure satisfaction and support.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare and track the annual leasing revenue budget and provide market analysis for growth opportunities.
  • Brand & Restaurant Acquisition: Negotiate with luxury brands and attract fine dining operators to enhance our food court.
  • Contract Management & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate leasing agreements ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Platform Listing & Documentation: Accurately enter tenant and contract data into the leasing platform and provide periodic reports.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for quality space handover and promotion.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 8–12 years in Retail Leasing / Shopping Malls.
