• Represent Awtad in legal negotiations and proceedings, working towards favorable outcomes.

• Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the company’s legal positions and corporate policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
• At least 3 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably within the real estate sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi property laws, real estate regulations, and corporate law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex legal concepts.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
