Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal matters related to real estate transactions, property management, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify and analyze legal risks, providing solutions for compliance with Saudi laws.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support the Finance Manager in legal matters related to finance and compliance.
• Guide on disputes, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research on new and updated laws/regulations; prepare memorandums and legal opinions for departments.
• Promote legal awareness within the organization through internal training and counseling.
• Develop and maintain an annual schedule for legal and regulatory compliance reporting for different business units in KSA.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and court cases as required.
• Review vendor contracts, company policies, and recommend necessary amendments.
