Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and map legal processes by participating in discovery workshops with legal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex legal processes into clear functional requirements.
  • Serve as a bridge between legal teams and the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuring alignment of legal context and technical solutions.
  • Validate workflows for compliance and legal integrity.
  • Advise on legal roles and access control based on confidentiality and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Assist in developing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure operational fit.
  • Support onboarding and training for legal users to leverage the ServiceNow platform effectively.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Law or equivalent legal education.
  • Strong understanding of legal operations and workflows.
  • Experience working with legal departments or legal operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in ServiceNow LSD or other legal workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations impacting legal workflows (*, GDPR).
