Job Purpose:
The person responsible in this role is tasked with contributing to the implementation and follow-up of judicial administration work by tracking legal cases and disputes, preparing legal documents, coordinating with external legal advisors, and ensuring the protection of the company's interests before judicial authorities, under the supervision of the Director of Judicial Affairs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on legal cases filed by or against the company, and gather and analyze relevant documents and evidence.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure appropriate legal representation for the company in courts and judicial bodies.
  • Attend court sessions or mediation sessions on behalf of the company when necessary.
  • Contribute to the preparation of legal memoranda, response letters, and providing legal opinions in disputes related to real estate, leases, or contracts.
  • Assist in assessing legal risks associated with real estate and administrative cases and raising appropriate recommendations regarding them.
  • Contribute to proposing solutions for legal settlements that serve the company's interests, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Implement legal procedures in accordance with Saudi regulations and laws, including notifications and follow-ups in the relevant judicial authorities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on ongoing cases, session dates, legal updates, and submit them to the department manager.
  • Archive judicial documents electronically and in paper form according to internal governance procedures.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and legal memoranda for senior management as needed.
  • Work with other departments to provide legal support in related disputes, and assist in gathering required documents and information.
  • Support the implementation of internal legal policies and procedures related to litigation and case management.
  • Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

  • A track record of successfully managing complex legal matters and achieving positive outcomes in court.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a legal team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high ability to solve problems.
  • A deep understanding of real estate transactions, property management practices, and relevant legal frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Experience in Saudi law and the Saudi market.
  • Obtaining a legal practice license.
  • 1-3 years of experience in judicial affairs with at least 3 years in administrative tasks.
