Position Overview:
This is a non-management role at the JW Marriott Hotel located in Riyadh. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the pool area, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be a key player in promoting our hotel’s mission to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pool activities and maintain a safe swimming environment.
• Respond to emergencies swiftly and effectively while providing first aid as required.
• Educate guests on pool rules and safety regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
• Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications:
We seek individuals with a proven commitment to service excellence, who possess relevant certifications in lifeguarding and first aid. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
