Maintenance Cost Control and Performance Specialist

About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Maintenance Cost Control and Performance Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on managing maintenance budgets, monitoring expenditure, and optimizing costs to enhance financial and operational performance across the company's stores and facilities. The specialist will ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy through budget control, financial reporting, vendor cost management, invoice reconciliation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor maintenance OPEX and CAPEX budgets, actual expenditure, forecasts, commitments, and accruals.
• Reconcile work orders, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and payment statuses.
• Monitor maintenance contracts (AMC), vendor pricing, and contract utilization.
• Identify duplicate charges, unsupported costs, warranty-covered repairs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop weekly and monthly dashboards covering maintenance costs, work orders, SLA compliance, PPM achievement, and vendor performance.
• Analyze maintenance costs by store, asset, region, and work-order category.
• Validate asset replacement requests and assess repair-versus-replace decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Area Maintenance Managers, and Facilities Coordinators.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cost control, financial analysis, or performance management, preferably within a maintenance or facilities management context.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a quick-commerce industry setting. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments including Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.
