About the Role: The Maintenance Engineer at Tbar Holding plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation, reliability, and safety of our equipment and systems. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing long-term solutions to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in maintenance or facility engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning software.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
