Role Overview: Manager - Elite Program

The Manager - Elite Program holds primary responsibility for managing the experience of elite members, ensuring end-to-end service delivery across all touch points of their healthcare journey. This role serves as the main point of contact for members, requiring effective interaction and support, including off-site customer engagement, to maintain exceptional service standards.

Direct Member Engagement

• Advise members and their families by providing accurate and useful information on medical details or specific Bupa services.
• Direct members and refer them to appropriate departments for assistance, ensuring a high level of quality in medical services provided.

Strategic Service Development and Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional service leaders to customize healthcare services, aligning them with the specific needs of the targeted elite population.
• Support the understanding of customer and consumer segmentation to facilitate the offering of personalized care solutions.
• Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of core healthcare services.

Performance Reporting and Internal Communication

• Report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) updates for each service offering in collaboration with the department's data analysis team.
• Prepare and conduct presentations and business updates for key leaders, referred to as “Relation Managers,” within the organization.
• Provide monthly feedback reports on the progress of the PCC program, integrating these updates into the overall Retention report for sharing with key leaders.

Required Experience and Location
