About the Tamheer -Elite Program at Bupa Arabia

Bupa Arabia is offering the Tamheer -Elite Program, an internship opportunity designed for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience. This program is based in Jeddah and focuses on developing capabilities in managing and enhancing members' healthcare experiences. Participants will contribute to ensuring the timely and customized delivery of healthcare services.

Role Overview

The Tamheer -Elite Program participant will play a central role in optimizing the healthcare journey for Bupa Arabia members. This involves proactive engagement, providing essential information, and collaborating with various teams to continuously improve service offerings. The role emphasizes a member-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience at every interaction point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage members’ experience with operational functions to ensure end-to-end service delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively propose and facilitate Tebtom and other core healthcare services, customizing care based on members' medical needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for providing timely information on Bupa services, including pre-authorization, reimbursement claims, Tebtom, and hospital delegate services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional service leaders to tailor healthcare services for specific member populations.
  • Strive for service excellence by collecting post-service feedback through online questionnaires to assess quality.
  • Provide accurate medical information or details on specific Bupa services to members and their families.
  • Direct members to recommended doctors and/or alternative providers to ensure access to high-quality medical services.
  • Assess members' medical needs and refer them to appropriate departments, such as HCS for medical coaching.
  • Support the understanding of customer and consumer segmentation to facilitate the offering of breakthrough healthcare services.
  • Support the implementation and segmented serving of core healthcare services.
  • Report and consistently lead the reporting of KPI updates for each service offering in collaboration with the data analytics team.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Personal Coordinated Care (PCC) dashboard to monitor, review, and report KPI progress.
  • Prepare, manage, and conduct presentations and business updates for key leaders.
  • Provide monthly feedback reports on the progress of the PCC program as part of overall Retention report updates.
  • Analyze top recurring issues or service failures in the customer experience journey and identify actions with stakeholders to reduce problems.
  • Monitor and review the progress of Kaizen projects implementation using a structured action plan and tracker.
  • Ensure timely risk identification, escalation, and mitigation to resolve any impact on project outcomes or timelines.

Impact and Continuous Improvement

The role involves contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
