About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya, located in Riyadh, is seeking a Manager, Operational Readiness to join its team. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the operational success of Qiddiya's diverse projects, contributing to the development of groundbreaking entertainment and leisure offerings.

Purpose of the Role

The Manager, Operational Readiness will be responsible for steering operational readiness initiatives and implementing best practices across various projects. The core objective is to ensure that all entertainment and leisure offerings are fully prepared and optimized for launch, delivering a seamless experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and support successful project delivery.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate operational capacity and identify potential gaps, recommending solutions for improvement.
  • Lead the design and implementation of training programs to prepare teams for optimal operational performance.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and post-launch performance.
  • Proactively identify risks to operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Promote a culture of guest-centric service by ensuring operational strategies enhance guest experiences.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or a closely related field. This role requires an individual who is adept at developing and executing strategic operational plans, identifying potential gaps, and implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
