About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit to oversee and ensure adherence to procurement policies and standards. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit is responsible for leading comprehensive audits of sourcing and purchasing activities. The primary objective is to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role is critical in maintaining high standards within procurement operations and effectively mitigating associated risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute thorough procurement compliance audits across various departments and projects.
- Identify compliance gaps, potential risks, and weaknesses in internal controls, proposing practical solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor emerging trends in procurement compliance and propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs focused on procurement compliance and audit awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procurement best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or a related field, preferably within large organizations or significant projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves working within a professional environment focused on ensuring robust procurement practices.
