About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit to oversee and manage procurement compliance audit processes. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit is responsible for ensuring all procurement activities align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits within the procurement function, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to foster a strong culture of compliance and transparency across procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct procurement compliance audits using established methodologies and standards.
  • Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and process inefficiencies within procurement activities.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track improvements over time.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of procurement compliance frameworks.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal governance teams as required.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to procurement teams on compliance standards and audit expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and procurement compliance programs.
  • Contribute to policy updates and compliance training initiatives within procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement compliance, internal audit, or related functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (*, CIA, CISA, CRCM) are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience conducting procurement or operational audits within complex organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.
