About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is recruiting on behalf of an established pharmaceutical company with a growing oncology portfolio. We are seeking a Market Access Manager, Oncology to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving market access strategies within the oncology sector.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this role is to lead pricing, reimbursement, and institutional access initiatives for the oncology portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The Market Access Manager will own the full access pathway, encompassing pricing strategy development, tender execution, formulary listings, and payer engagement, with the goal of enabling timely patient access and achieving strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated Market Access strategies for the oncology portfolio.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement strategy, including benchmarking, simulations, and dossier submissions.
• Drive NUPCO tender strategy, submissions, and negotiation planning.
• Secure formulary listings across MOH clusters and major oncology institutions.
• Build high-trust relationships with national payers and formulary committees.
• Develop payer-value communications backed by clinical and economic evidence.
• Track regulatory, pricing, and oncology policy changes, and report access insights to senior leadership.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology. Demonstrated expertise in pricing, reimbursement, and institutional access within the Saudi Arabian market is essential for success in this role.
