  • Oversee social media governance for channel-specific content, moderation practices, responsiveness targets, and community standards to ensure consistent presence and risk-aware engagement.
  • Oversee website governance by approving content update cadences, SEO and accessibility controls, UX improvement backlogs, and A/B testing standards for evidence-based changes.
  • Ensure CRM governance for segmentation, personalization, consent management, and opt-in or opt-out compliance, setting response tracking, conversion reporting, and list hygiene expectations.
  • Maintain media partner governance by validating database standards, relationship protocols, spokesperson briefings, and toolkit requirements to secure consistent coverage across priority topics.
  • Oversee agencies using standardized scopes, SLA-linked contracts, and periodic evaluations, setting corrective actions and escalation paths to ensure effective execution and visibility.
  • Oversee corporate event governance covering protocol standards, venue and logistics expectations, agenda design requirements, media toolkits, stakeholder communications, and post-event reporting criteria.
  • Monitor external and internal communications performance, media sentiment, and digital metrics, and report on insights to Marketing Planning and Reporting for consolidation.
  • Define continuous improvement governance by mandating structured feedback loops, lessons-learned reviews, and playbook updates to enhance Marketing Communications effectiveness.
