Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee digital and event marketing initiatives. The role is focused on driving brand growth and customer acquisition within the region.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies in Riyadh, with a specialization in SEO, SEM, and event marketing. The objective is to foster brand growth, maximize customer acquisition, and achieve key performance indicators such as increased organic traffic, high ROI on paid campaigns, and a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization.
• Manage and execute SEM campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking and analysis.
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Oversee event marketing initiatives and manage event platforms.
• Integrate with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot for lead management.
• Manage content through Content Management Systems.
• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO (on-page & off-page).
• Proficiency in SEM and Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics & Search Console.
• Familiarity with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Experience with Event Management Platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Social Media Advertising.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
