The Marketing Manager will be responsible for several key areas:

• Marketing Strategy and Brand Initiatives: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, oversee promotional activities, and ensure all efforts align with business goals and Hilton brand guidelines.
• Commercial Performance: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to devise marketing plans aimed at generating demand, increasing market share, and supporting revenue growth across various hotel segments.
• Marketing Operations and Partnerships: Manage content creation, digital channels, social media presence, advertising agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships. This includes ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Project Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze campaign performance data, identify new opportunities, and provide guidance to ensure the successful achievement of departmental and hotel-wide objectives.
