About the Role

Marina Fashion is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and seasonal marketing strategies that align with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Drive initiatives focused on increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and growing revenue across retail stores and digital platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, new store openings, seasonal events, and product launch activities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and enhance marketing performance.

  • Prepare and control marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and return on investment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive marketing experience within the Fashion Retail, Apparel, Lifestyle, Beauty, or broader Consumer Retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media advertising, CRM implementation, customer loyalty program management, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, robust project management abilities, and effective leadership qualities.
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies, external vendors, and marketing budgets.
  • Experience supporting multi-store retail operations is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
