About the Role

Innovative Concepts, a company managing a portfolio of restaurant brands, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires a strategic and results-driven individual to enhance brand presence and support business growth within the Food & Beverage industry.

Core Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This includes managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, social media platforms, and promotional activities. The role also involves creating and implementing marketing plans for new restaurant launches, special promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Marketing Strategy and Analysis

Key duties include analyzing customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will oversee social media content, manage branding activities, and cultivate external marketing partnerships. Continuous monitoring of competitors and market trends within the restaurant industry is essential. Effective management of marketing budgets and ensuring optimal campaign performance are also critical aspects of this role.

Collaboration and Execution

This position requires close collaboration with operations and business teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals. The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate efforts with internal teams and external agencies to successfully deliver marketing initiatives. This involves ensuring all marketing efforts contribute to the company's growth and brand objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the Restaurant or F&B industry.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with the capacity to manage teams and external partners effectively.

Role Context

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, coupled with a creative mindset. This role is suited for individuals with 5 to 20 years of experience. The salary range for this position is SAR 18,750 to SAR 22,500.
