About the Role
The Marketing Manager for the Residential Sector leads the marketing and demand generation strategy for residential sector projects, aiming to raise awareness of the brand and projects, increase the quality of leads, and improve conversion rates to visits and sales in close collaboration with sales, development, and customer service teams. The role includes planning campaigns, managing budgets and channels, overseeing agencies and suppliers, and measuring performance through clear indicators and linking marketing to measurable business results.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Strategy and Planning: Build and implement an annual/quarterly marketing strategy for residential sector projects aligned with sales and revenue objectives.
  • Campaign and Channel Management: Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels, design the customer journey, and enhance the digital interface experience for projects.
  • Demand Management and Lead Quality: Establish and improve lead quality standards, and manage the delivery of leads to sales.
  • Branding and Content: Oversee the identity and visual and linguistic consistency of residential projects, and lead content production.
  • Budget and Supplier Management: Manage the marketing budget and allocate spending efficiently.
  • Analysis and Performance Measurement: Measure performance through clear indicators and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Internal Coordination and Integration: Daily partnership with the sales team to ensure message and goal alignment.

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in marketing, including clear experience in residential real estate or high decision cycle sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with tools and platforms: Google/Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation.

  • High leadership and ownership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and linking marketing to measurable business results.
  • Excellent skills in planning, execution, time management, and budgeting.
