Job Description – Marketing Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both the Food & Beverage and Events industries, with a strong understanding of brand marketing, digital campaigns, social media, partnerships, and event execution. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars across multiple restaurant brands and events.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns, activations, and special events.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
- Work closely with creative agencies, photographers, influencers, and media partners.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed across all locations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support PR activities, partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and company objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in both the Food & Beverage and Events industries is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in hospitality, restaurants, luxury retail, or event management.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content planning.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with luxury or premium hospitality brands.
- English language skills are an advantage.

- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
