The Marketing Specialist Role

Lebara Mobile KSA is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing SMS campaigns, overseeing Below The Line (BTL) marketing products, and ensuring product compliance and quality. The specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing and business objectives through effective execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SMS campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit CST approval requests for new products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Manage BTL marketing products, including the development of business cases, tracking performance, and ensuring the achievement of yearly targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for products pre-launch and post-launch to ensure functionality, quality, and readiness for market release.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations) to ensure smooth product launch execution and issue resolution.
  • Support product launch activities, including testing, validation, and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for campaigns, approvals, and product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize SMS campaigns, BTL activities, and product performance through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across all marketing and product activities.

Role Objectives and Focus Areas

The primary objective of this role is to manage SMS campaigns to support marketing and business goals, ensuring effective execution and performance tracking. The specialist will also be responsible for handling CST approval submissions for new products in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and overseeing BTL marketing products from business case development to target achievement. A key focus will be on conducting UAT and supporting product launches through cross-functional coordination, while continuously improving performance through data analysis.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Marketing Specialist position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, telecommunications, or a related field. This experience should include managing campaigns, product launches, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
