• Utilize engineering and AI automation tools effectively.

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or workflow design.
• Experience with requirements gathering and understanding of APIs.
• Background in SaaS, AI, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Adept at simplifying complexity into executable logic.

• Foundational knowledge and operational skills in Human Resources (HR).
• Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR strategies.
• Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies to ensure a compliant work environment.
• Skills in managing Employee Benefits and addressing related inquiries.
• Competence in Personnel Management, including resolving employee relations matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in HR (*, SHRM or CIPD) are a plus.
