Role Description:
This full-time on-site position is located in Riyadh, focusing on supporting the organization’s human resources functions. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Foundational knowledge and operational skills in Human Resources (HR).
  • Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies to ensure a compliant work environment.
  • Skills in managing Employee Benefits and addressing related inquiries.
  • Competence in Personnel Management, including resolving employee relations matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in HR (*, SHRM or CIPD) are a plus.
