The Role: Onboarding Associate

FlyAkeed is seeking a full-time Onboarding Associate to join its Operations team in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring a seamless implementation experience for new customers, managing their journey from contract signing through Go Live. The Onboarding Associate works closely with both customers and internal teams to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure all requirements are met on schedule. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process through Go Live.
• Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience (0-1 year) working directly with customers throughout the service implementation process.

Essential Skills

• Strong ability to lead customer onboarding meetings and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and task/project management tools.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, where the Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction through FlyAkeed's proprietary platform.
