Role Purpose
To serve as the primary on-site landlord representative, ensuring disciplined daily operations, visible landlord presence, structured tenant engagement, and consistent asset presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that retail operations are professionally governed at site level while aligning with central Asset Operations governance.
- Represent the operational authority of the landlord on-site.
- Protect tenant performance, customer experience, and asset integrity through structured execution.

Asset Context
- Retail-led mixed-use community asset with active trading tenants (Retail & F&B).
- High footfall environment with extended trading hours (evenings & weekends).
- Coordinate with development for phased delivery.

Experience & Qualifications
- 7–12 years’ experience in retail mall management or high-footfall mixed-use environments.
- Proven experience supervising outsourced FM providers.
- Experience in tenant coordination and retail trading environments.
- Knowledge of mall operations, F&B trading requirements, and community retail dynamics.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI-based contractor management.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).

Core Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory for tenant and authority interaction).
- Strong on-site leadership presence and operational discipline.
- Attention to detail and structured governance mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and possess commercial awareness in retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills and ability to work extended trading hours when required.

Working Model
- Shift-based coverage aligned with trading hours, with weekend presence required and evening coverage during F&B peak periods.
