About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking an experienced Operations & Support Services Manager to lead and oversee the organization's operations and support services. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across the business.

Core Responsibilities

The Operations & Support Services Manager will manage daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and optimize operational processes. Key duties include monitoring performance, ensuring the effective delivery of support services, and maintaining high operational standards. This role involves developing and executing operational plans aligned with business objectives and enhancing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Oversight of Support Services

This position includes comprehensive oversight of support services. This encompasses facilities management, asset management, contract administration, vendor relations, and the management of various operational services. The manager will also be responsible for managing operational budgets, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Performance Management and Project Execution

A critical aspect of this role involves the development, monitoring, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with regular reporting to executive management. The manager will lead operational projects, ensuring their timely execution in accordance with approved plans. Furthermore, they will manage contractors and service providers, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations Management or Support Services is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams is essential.

  • Strong background in operational planning, organization, and project management.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in contract management, vendor management, and operational budgeting.
  • Proven ability to develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred industry experience includes Construction, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Retail, Services, or Multi-Branch Organizations.

Compliance and Standards

The Operations & Support Services Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. This includes upholding the highest operational standards across all managed functions and services.
