About the Role
Yallo Group is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This permanent position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development, focusing on implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The role involves working both independently and collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS technical solutions for implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborating with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Developing and customizing Oracle EBS components, including PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers.
- Creating and extending Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages.
- Developing BI Publisher reports.
- Utilizing SQL Loader for data migration and integration tasks.
- Working with Oracle Forms and screen personalization.
- Configuring AOL components such as value sets, concurrent programs, responsibilities, and menus.
- Performing unit testing, supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing production deployments.
- Providing post-production support, including troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes or enhancements.
- Managing development and enhancement tickets to ensure timely and quality resolution.
- Working within integrated project teams to align with project timelines and standards.
- Maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, SQL Loader, and Oracle AOL concepts.
- Proven experience in Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- A good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and development standards.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise or government projects within the KSA/GCC region.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS functional modules such as Finance, SCM, or HRMS.
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs within Oracle EBS.
- Relevant Oracle technical certifications are preferred.

This is a permanent position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
