About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation, a key player in Saudi Arabia's ICT sector since 2004, is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant for its Riyadh office. This role is integral to driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through integrated technology solutions. The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite technical solutions across various project phases, ensuring robust and scalable outcomes.

The position requires an individual capable of collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into reliable, best-practice Oracle EBS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring smooth delivery, production stability, and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite technical components across various business modules, utilizing Oracle Forms, OAF, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, AME, SQL*Loader, Open Interfaces, Oracle APIs, AOL concepts, and Forms Personalization.
• Deliver technical solutions that align with Oracle EBS standards, project requirements, and business needs, ensuring solutions are upgrade-safe, maintainable, and adhere to Oracle EBS best practices.
• Utilize standard APIs and Open Interfaces where applicable, avoiding direct base-table updates.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business users and functional consultants, translating them into technical designs, development specifications, and system solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations and solution options based on Oracle EBS capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively within an integrated project delivery model to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage full-cycle technical activities, including technical design, development, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, production deployment, and post-go-live production support for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Ensure all assigned technical deliverables are completed with high quality and within agreed timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS technical components, performing root-cause analysis, log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support governed data fixes when required, adhering to proper controls and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, forms, OAF pages, and integrations, ensuring production stability and timely support for business-critical issues.
• Develop and support BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports, including data extracts, layouts, and templates, and maintain legacy Oracle Reports where applicable.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements, data accuracy standards, and performance expectations, troubleshooting report failures and performance issues.
• Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle EBS standard approaches, working with Open Interfaces, Oracle public APIs, service enablement, and controlled data exchange patterns.
• Support integration with internal and external systems, troubleshooting interface errors and integration failures, ensuring secure and maintainable practices.
• Perform data conversion and migration activities using SQL*Loader, staging tables, validation, reconciliation, and controlled loading processes, loading data through Open Interfaces and Oracle public APIs.
• Ensure migrated data is accurate, complete, validated, and aligned with business rules, preparing conversion scripts, validation reports, and reconciliation outputs.
• Deliver Oracle EBS enhancements using upgrade-safe approaches, including custom objects, extensions, and personalization, applying proper logging, error handling, and deployment controls.
• Ensure all customizations are properly tested, documented, and maintainable, supporting continuous improvement of Oracle EBS technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Forms, working with triggers, libraries, compilation, deployment, and Forms Personalization, ensuring adherence to EBS standards.
• Build, extend, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow components, working with Workflow Builder, notifications, monitoring, and retries, and configure and support AME rules.
• Develop and support OAF components using JDeveloper, working on OAF personalization and extensions, and provide technical support for EBS self-service pages.
• Expose and consume EBS services through Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) using REST and SOAP, manage security, grants, and service access configurations, and troubleshoot service invocation issues.
• Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including technical design documents, development specifications, deployment notes, test evidence, and operational handover documents.
• Support knowledge transfer to business, functional, technical, and support teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle E-Business Suite technical consulting.
• Strong experience across Oracle EBS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle EBS technical solutions.
• Experience working with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
