About the Role

Yallo Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This permanent position requires a candidate with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 technical components. The role involves leading technical design, customizations, integrations, and performance tuning, providing technical oversight throughout project lifecycles, and collaborating closely with functional teams, business users, and development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all technical workstreams for Oracle EBS R12 implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design and develop technical solutions across various Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, SCM, or HRMS, depending on project scope.
• Develop and review RICEFW components, such as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (WF), Forms, and OAF objects.
• Perform code reviews, ensure development quality control, and enforce Oracle coding standards.
• Support the data conversion strategy, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation processes.
• Define and manage the deployment approach for moving data across different environments.
• Perform and coordinate Unit and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely within Integrated Project Teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 technical components.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical design, customizations, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of RICEFW development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with data conversion strategies and execution.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques within Oracle EBS.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 technical architecture.
• Proficiency in developing RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, Forms, OAF).
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and related database technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

Work Environment and Collaboration

This is a permanent position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users. The ability to communicate effectively and work within integrated project teams is essential for success in this role.
