Job Description

About the Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Parent Journey Lead to design and implement a comprehensive parent experience strategy. This full-time, Riyadh-based role is critical to enhancing student success by optimizing parental engagement. Noon Academy is a leading edtech platform in the Middle East, focused on transforming learning through social, group-based approaches and AI.

Role Context and Purpose

Parents play a significant role in a student's academic journey. This position is responsible for defining and structuring the parent experience to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, feelings, and actions at each stage of their involvement. The focus is on designing a clear framework for parental engagement, rather than direct execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed map of the parent experience across various student profiles and academic phases.
  • For each phase, identify what parents need to know, feel, and do.
  • Create and maintain a shared, living document of the parent journey map for team use.
  • Design a framework that clearly signals to parents when to act, what actions are required, and when to step back.
  • Define the purpose and desired outcomes for parent touchpoints, including events, communications, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure consistent delivery of parent-facing moments and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Synthesize parent feedback from surveys, support interactions, and events to identify and prioritize journey problems.
  • Use feedback signals to update the parent journey map and highlight areas needing improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in journey design, product management, or a program-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability for clear, structured thinking to create coherent and actionable plans for complex relationships.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional ownership, successfully delivering projects through collaboration with other teams.
  • Strong written and spoken Arabic communication skills.
  • Proficiency in qualitative synthesis, translating feedback from surveys, interviews, and tickets into actionable insights and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess an instinct for simplifying complexity and finding structure in challenging situations. They should be comfortable with direct communication, both with collaborating teams and the audiences for whom they are designing experiences.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a dynamic edtech environment focused on innovation and growth.
