Job Description

About the Parent Journey Lead Role

Noon - Education for Everyone is seeking a Parent Journey Lead to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on designing and optimizing the parent experience within the educational platform. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex parent-student interactions into actionable frameworks to enhance engagement and support student success.

Role Overview and Objectives

Parents play a critical role in a student's educational journey, and this role is designed to ensure they have the right guidance and support at every stage. The Parent Journey Lead will be responsible for building the parent journey from the ground up. This involves mapping the entire parent experience, defining what parents need to know, feel, and do at each touchpoint, and collaborating with various teams to ensure these moments are delivered effectively. This is a design and cross-functional ownership role, focused on defining the framework and working with others to implement it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive map of the parent experience across different student profiles and academic year phases.
  • For each phase, clearly define what parents need to know, feel, and do.
  • Create and maintain a shared, living artifact of the parent journey that the team actively uses and updates.
  • Design a "step in / step back" framework to guide parent involvement, defining clear signals for when parents should act and what those actions entail.
  • Define the purpose and desired outcomes for each parent touchpoint, including events, communications, and milestone moments.
  • Collaborate with relevant owners to ensure the effective delivery of parent-facing moments and conduct post-delivery analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Synthesize parent feedback from surveys, support interactions, and events to identify specific journey problems and update the parent journey map accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in journey design, product management, or a program-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think clearly and structurally, capable of simplifying complex, multi-touchpoint relationships into coherent and actionable plans.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional ownership, having successfully delivered projects through other teams while remaining accountable for outcomes.
  • Strong written and spoken Arabic communication skills.
  • Comfort with qualitative synthesis, including the ability to derive clear insights and specific recommendations from surveys, interviews, and support tickets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates who thrive in this role will naturally simplify complexity and seek underlying structures in challenging situations. They possess a direct communication style, effectively engaging with both collaborating teams and the audiences for whom they design experiences.
