We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our payroll and employee benefits processes. In this role, you will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of payroll while contributing to employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement contributions.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Coordinate with HR for processing new hires and terminations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits.
  • Identify improvements in the payroll process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • 35 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
  • Experience with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
