We are a company in the bakery field, working to provide high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a precise and organized cost accountant to join the finance team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing cost data related to raw materials, labor, and operating expenses.
• Monitoring and controlling production costs, waste, and variances across all production lines.
• Preparing cost reports and analyzing profitability on a regular basis.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes related to production and inventory.
• Updating standard costs and analyzing actual variances.
• Collaborating with production and purchasing teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy of reports.
• Analyzing inventory valuation and suggesting improvements in control.
• Ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
• Contributing to the closing of monthly and annual financial periods related to costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a cost accountant, preferably in an industrial environment or in the food and bakery sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• High analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Collaborate with recreation and security teams to ensure overall guest safety.
• Attend regular training and maintain required certifications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Certified lifeguard with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury environment.
• Valid CPR certification and Lifeguard training from a recognized entity.
• The ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
