Aljeel Medical is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who is ready to contribute to essential financial operations within a professional environment.

Role Summary

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing critical payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. This involves the collection and entry of employee information and timesheet data, the preparation and processing of paychecks and cash deposits, and the diligent resolution of pay-related queries. The role also encompasses maintaining balanced accounts and preparing comprehensive reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute income statements.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Perform account balance and payroll reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Perform any other duties related to the job.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in payroll administration or a related financial support role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and experience with payroll software or administrative databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in managing financial records and transactions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inquiries and reconciliations.

Work Setting
