The Performance Improvement practice at AlixPartners is experiencing growth, offering career development opportunities. This Vice President role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will join specialist teams on high-impact projects for clients across various sectors including Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, and Aerospace & Defence. The role also involves supporting private equity firms in value creation for their portfolio companies and on transaction-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute as a key member of specialist teams on performance improvement projects across diverse industries.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects, including operational diagnostics, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Utilize financial modeling to quantify project impact and inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's degree with a strong academic record, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
  • 5-8 years of consulting experience within a top-tier international consulting firm.
  • Broad functional expertise, including supply chain, large transformations, financial modeling, and pricing.
  • Hold valid residency for Saudi Arabia or be able to obtain it (AlixPartners will provide administrative support for permit acquisition).
  • Ability to obtain a work permit for travel and work across the EU.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC for client engagements.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as project needs arise.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office and remote environment.
  • Physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Travel frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances. Working hours are typically 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
