eSense Consulting is seeking a driven Management Consultant to join its expanding practice. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on consulting experience within the Saudi market, a strong ability to manage project delivery, and the skill to translate complex findings into clear, executive-level outputs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support consulting engagements focused on strategy, operations, or organizational development projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to track action items, address blockers, and maintain project momentum.
• Design and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to both technical and executive audiences.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint decks and Word documents for client workshops, steering committees, and board-level briefings.
• Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis to support recommendations and business cases.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, capturing key decisions and next steps.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication and professional conduct.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and capability presentations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of consulting experience with a recognized consulting firm operating in Saudi Arabia (*, Big 4, strategy boutique, or regional advisory firm).
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and close engagements on time and within scope.
• Strong follow-up discipline and a track record of keeping stakeholders informed and tasks progressing.
• Excellent report writing skills, capable of producing structured, concise, and visually compelling documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive presentations with clarity and visual impact.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is considered a plus.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or ********
• Experience with data visualization tools (*, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and the broader Saudi business landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently without compromising quality.
• High attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort in engaging with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter attitude with the capacity to work independently and under pressure.
