We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing quality pharmaceutical care to our patients while effectively managing various pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and evaluate written prescriptions or refill requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Record medical histories while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and directing patients to pharmacists for medical information.
  • Verify accuracy of patient information and count prescription medications.
  • Fill prescriptions, label medications, and perform inventory audits.
  • Process patient insurance and handle sales transactions for medications and supplies.
  • Direct and answer all queries related to prescriptions and health matters professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Qualifications:
  • Higher Diploma in a health-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pharmacy Department.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage for daily tasks.
  • Basic math skills for accurate medication counting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
